Morning of the Move
- 7:30 – 8:00 AM: Crew arrival and walkthrough. Your foreman will introduce the team and review the plan.
- 8:00 – 8:30 AM: Furniture protection — padded, wrapped, and secured before loading begins.
- 8:30 – 11:30 AM: Systematic loading by room and weight class. Larger items first, boxes second, delicate items last.
Midday
The truck is secured, inventory double-checked, and your crew leader confirms the destination address and route. Travel times vary, but we always estimate arrival before unloading begins.

Arrival at the New Home
