Moving Insurance with Baker International
New Jersey Moving & Storage has partnered with Baker International Insurance to offer optional transit moving insurance for your shipment. This allows you to insure your items directly through a trusted national provider.
When you visit Baker’s secure portal, you’ll be asked for a “Mover Name or ID Number.”To correctly associate your policy with your move, enter:

Your quote, coverage, and any future claims are handled directly by Baker International.
How to Get a Quote

- When asked for “Mover Name or ID Number”, enter New Jersey Moving & Storage or 22328.
- Fill out shipment details such as value and destination.
- Review your quote and complete the purchase if you choose.

Baker’s moving insurance covers your goods while they’re in transit. No coverage is provided for long-term storage or self-storage units (mini-storage). If storage is required, please confirm coverage details with Baker International directly.
